By phone
Call (555) 010-0145 and follow the prompts. Have your account number ready.
By mail
Check or money order to Tarrowby Water District, PO Box 210, Tarrowby. Write your account number on it.
In person
District Office, 200 Reservoir Road. Cash, check or card. The drop box by the door is emptied every weekday.
Autopay and paperless bills
Autopay pays your bill from a bank account on the due date, so it is never late. You still get a bill 21 days before, so you can check it first.
Paperless bills arrive by email the day they post. Turn on either one in the payment portal, or ask at the counter.
Bill assistance
The Neighbor Fund takes $15 off every monthly bill for households at or below 200 percent of the federal poverty level. Apply once a year at the District Office or by mail.
Behind on a bill? Call (555) 010-0140 before the due date and we will set up a payment plan of up to six months. We do not shut off service while a plan is current.

Why is my bill higher?
Most high bills come from a running toilet or summer watering. A running toilet can use 6,000 gallons in a month.
The meter leak check takes two minutes. If you find and fix a leak inside your home, we credit half the extra water once every 12 months.
Questions about bills
When are bills mailed?
Around the 23rd of each month. Bills are due 21 days later.
Can someone else pay my bill?
Yes. Anyone with your account number can pay online, by phone or at the counter. Only the account holder can change the account.
I am moving. What happens to my bill?
Tell us your move-out date and we read the meter that day. Your final bill comes to your new address.
Why does the portal show a different balance?
Payments made by phone or at the counter show up in the portal the next business day.
