How the board works
The Board meets the last Thursday of each month at 6 p.m. in the Board Room, 200 Reservoir Road. November and December meetings move earlier for the holidays.
Agendas post seven days before. Every meeting streams live and the recording posts within two business days. Directors are paid $100 a meeting, up to $1,200 a year.
