Our history
Voters in Tarrowby and Kell Township formed the District in 1931 to replace private wells after a dry summer. Kell Dam followed in 1948 and the Reservoir Road plant in 1962.
Some downtown mains date from 1928, before the District existed. They are first in line in the capital plan.
