Lead service lines
We have checked what the service line is made of at every address in the district. Look up yours, and see when we replace it.

What we are doing
Phase two starts in the spring of 2027 and replaces the remaining 452 lead and galvanized lines in four years, street by street.
We replace the line on both sides of the meter, at no cost to the owner. We write to you 30 days before work on your street.
Questions about lead
Is there lead in my water?
Tests at 60 homes most likely to have lead found a 90th percentile of 3.2 parts per billion in 2025, under the action level of 15.
What can I do until my line is replaced?
Run the cold tap for 30 seconds to two minutes when water has been sitting. Use cold water for cooking and baby formula. We give a free filter certified for lead to every home with a lead line.
Does a renter need the owner's permission?
The owner signs a short consent form for work on the property. We contact owners directly and copy the tenant.
